Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent a car is 18 years, with a valid driving license. A ₹600 deduction applies for those under 18.
Required Documents:
Valid driving license, Passport/Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card.
If these documents are not presented in original at the time of vehicle delivery, the booking may be canceled, and the user will forfeit the rental amount (at least one day’s rental).
Booking Terms:
Only the person who made the reservation can collect the vehicle.
18% GST is included in the rental cost.
Minimum rental period: 24 hours from booking time.
The vehicle must be returned to the pick-up location.
Payment:
(A) Pay online with the rental amount, or
(B) Pay cash upon vehicle delivery.
Documents and Equipment Provided:
Original RC, All India Permit, Insurance, Fitness, PUC, and self-drive documents.
Accessories like Jack, Spare Tyre, MP3 Player, etc.
Fuel:
Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as at pick-up.
Booking Extension & Penalties:
Users must extend the booking themselves, depending on availability.
If the booking is not extended, a penalty will be charged.
Repair/damage charges are the responsibility of the user. If damage exceeds the security deposit, an insurance claim may be filed, and the user will be responsible for costs not covered by insurance.
Traveling Out of State:
Stop at the RTO check post for applicable taxes.
The user is responsible for government taxes, tolls, and penalties.
Traffic Violations:
The user is responsible for traffic rule violations.
If a traffic fine arrives post-rental, the company will charge the user online.
Early Return:
No refunds for early return of the vehicle.
Prohibited Uses:
Pets, goods, or objects that may damage the vehicle’s interior/exterior are not allowed.
A 30% surcharge will apply for cleaning or repairs due to damage.
Cancellation Policy:
Before 48 hours: ₹600 or 20% of the booking amount (whichever is higher).
Before 24 hours: ₹1200 or 25% of the booking amount (whichever is higher).
Within 24 hours: One day rental or 30% of the booking amount (whichever is higher).
No Show: If the booking is canceled on or after the pick-up time or if the user arrives 2+ hours late, the entire booking amount is forfeited.
